For the past few days i was late for school but today i didnt. oh, all thanks you indra.(: I being such an asshole, i purposly didnt bring my cake box because i dont want to bring home the cake. AHAHAH ! So first lesson was food cost & hell yeah, she told us about exams units. *slap fore-head* theres alot to study.

Then we had, demo. oh, boringggg. Didnt do anything, just talk. hahahaha !! lynn & ad had a late breakfast at kfc. i didnt eat because i got no money. how sad is that ?! Around 11.15am we walk back school and this is the first time we were early for practical. HAHAHA !! lynn keep repeating, "i can't wait today to end !" We change and went down to the practical room like 30mins early. Watch kian hong's class for thier practical exam and he have such an awesome chicken. niceeeee, i like ! ^^

At 12.30pm, chef bernard came down and the practical started. Everyone literally ran in ! HAHAHAH !! even the housemaker ! me and ad was laughing continuesly ! So my partner doing the bread and i do the creme brulee. Of course i take the easy one. HAHAHA ! While resting the bread, bake the creme brulee and cut the cake. Then cut the dough into 60gm and rest it again and continue creaming the cake. Done creaming the cake, fill in the dough with redbean and rest it. Decorating the cake and bake the bread.

We suppose to end at 4.30 but then me and my partner bread still havent bake. So we just bake it without ferment it properly. Everyone is in a rush. at 4.45pm, my bread not done baking but my mentor already ask us to stop whatever we doing and present what we suppose to present on the table but me and my partner dont give a damne about it we just wait for our bread to bake.

Apparently, me and my partner is the last one to be mark. & we wait for super longggggg for the mentor to come to our table ! -_-' I could say everyone pass and everyone were happy ! Cleaning up time and it is my first time seeing LYNN CLEANING THE SINK ! HAHAHA !! due to last practical lesson for this term. Shes super happy !

Done cleaning, dismiss and we went to change. Me and ad already smile smile on the way back, holding the cake and eating the fruits. Lynn was wondering what we going to do. Reach the dustbin, and we do like tuesday ! HAHAHA !! & i dont know how can a cream be on my face ! We continue laughing on the way back to the mrt station.
