This is the 3rd time making ice-cream manually(by hand). oh ! i just hate it so much. Although people say ice-cream is nice but it is very troublesome to make one without using the machine. So much of an expensive school with a spoil ice-cream machine.

Before i say out about what happen during practical lesson, today i was late for school. My alarm didn't rang and mum is the one wake me up, but wake me up at 6.15am which im already late. I bathe, just pick any shirt and bermudaz. Still, i havent pack my beg. Apparently i was in a rush just now. After packing up, took my breakfast and vitagen and off to school. Happily eating and drinking half way to the mrt, i just remember about my bloody cake box ! -.-"

So i literally walk back home just to take my bloody cake box. Lynn and ad already waiting for me at bukit batok. Walk to school and immediately change. First thing when me and ad want to enter, we got caught for not wearing hair net. *rolling eyes* i find out it is pathetic to wear hair net for a long hair people. If short hair people is a must ahr to wear but then long hair like stupid. Me and ad usually didnt wear hair net but we always keep our hair neat and tidy. The more me and ad get caught for something, the more i hate mr bernard. im serious ! although he is nice but i dont give a damn about it. i still prefer ms goh.

So today is the ice-cream cake and we going to use the ice-cream machine. Start doing the ice-cream and 3 group went to use the ice-cream machine when the next group wanted to use, it spoil. Best ehs ! *rolling eyes* So we have to put it in the walk-in freezer to cool it down. But the most sicking thing is we have to go in every 20mins to stir the ice-cream INSIDE the walk-in freezer with the door close ! Apparently, i keep on going in and out the freezer with darren.

So now i know how it feels when someone trap in the freezer for so long. Altough i was inside for just a few minutes, i was shivering like hell already ! It is already 1pm and the ice-cream still not done yet but me, ad and ai li went to take our test and im confident i will pass(i hope so) because whatever i study yesterday and just now came out. GOOD, i like ! ^^

After the test, me and ad have to stay for the bloody ice-cream. around 3-4+ we ended. We change and pack our stuff and went for our late lunch. HAHAHA !! So we crap there again as usual and ardy join in after few more hours later. & we still crap till 6+ HAHAHA !!

oh, guess what, i cut myself. I dont know how and when. although it is minor cut but it is still painful. I think yesterday i cut the butter and i cut myself without noticing. HAHAHA ! cool right.

So tomorrow with be in the afternoon and i can sleep late today ! oh, yeahhhhhhhhh !! & mooty be jelouse, my ice-cream cake is in the freezer and im going to eat it all by myself till i got brain freeze !!
