Sooooo, today practical was tiring, im super serious ! gosh ! when i already wash the bowls my partner will like pass me another dirty one. So i have to wash it without any complaint. My partner is the one doing the banana filo and im the one doing the irritating apple tarte tartin. I have to like arrange the slices apple one by one because we need to plate the dessert. & i just love the way i arrange the apples although it is irritating. HAHAH ! so pretty. too bad readers i didnt take picture of my plated desserts.

Me and ad asked lynn to buy for us lunch and we ended at 2pm. -.-" We suppose to end at 1pm. & GOSH ! when i wanted to plate the dessert for both of them, *slap fore-head* me, ad and my partner having a hard time scooping the bloody ice-cream that keep on melting ! We need to make it into a baseball shape and i getting it but when i scoop it again for the last time it become squash ! ASSHOLE right !

End up, my partner give up she scoop up the ice-cream and place it on the plate and took the picture and off washing the bowls. HAHAHA !! So left me and ad, we keep on complaint about the bloody ice-cream. & few more try i got it but my mentor says it is too small but it is good enough for a good try. ^^

After that, help my partner wash the bowls and clean up. After practical was food cost, i can still survive, not sleepy. HAHAHA !! but when it was demo lesson, i was already half dead ! Ad was stoning already ! HAHAHAH ! xD !

But today, demo is half way through. Did you believe if i say my mentor need to go through 37 slides for ice-cream. Everyone were keep telling mr bernard to continue other day & apparently he did. HAHAHAH !! xD !
