First thing in the morning today, i cut myself while washing the chef knife which is FREAKINGLY sharp ! Pipit help me on the wound. okie okie, today i had a mini test on sauces and i pass. I can say so becuase my mentor says that the best group of sauce is my group, so congratz ! =))

Lets rewind time, since im free now.

MONDAY
early in the morning had demo and im already tired. I had demo on apple pie for tuesday practical. After the 3hrs of demo, had a short break. Me and my friends do what, of course! buy food to eat. Then we had english, English is freakingly BORED because he talk about resume. After the english, i went to meet annisaah at clementi and we went back to compassvale. Saw the rest and i saw NAZURAH & ASHIKIN & FILZAH ! man! i miss 3 of them so much. Around 5+ hidayah,ain n mutiara, came and we chatted with mr tang. After that we went home.

TUESDAY
I went to school with kian hong and the rest. Had practical on apple pie. I was so excited to see how my pie looks like and it turn out SUPER GOOD ! but when it is time for me to turn it over to remove the tray, i did it well but when i turn it back again, i MASH it like @#$%&* ! After doing the apple pie, the class have to finish up on our fruit tarts and i tell you, my fruit tart is pretty ! but i only brought home 2. After practical, i had 45mins break time. Me,ad n bern went to the nearest shop and we bought some food and we eat in the demo class. Supposly we cant eat in class but since my mentor yet to enter we eat like nobody business.

We bought food and we still not full ! So demo started. In the middle of the demo, mentor give us 15mins break and what we do, we went down to the vendor(?) machine and bought some titbits and we sneak in to the demo room. & i tell you, bernice was trying to put the titbits in her clothes and ad was putting all her titbits at all her pockets. HAHAHHA ! While i was eating my twistis(?), edward asked me is there any twistis(?) because he wants some, so i give him the whole packet and i told him to take all of it. Then was like, are you sure? later you hungry how? then i showed him that i got another 2 more packet of titbits and he was like, OH! okie okie! hahaha ! Apparently, demo we did some almond pie and when it is done, ad,bern and lynn was infront of the pie because they want to taste the pie. Usually 4 of us didn't get the chance to taste anything when demo lesson becuase we always left behind. So this time they are the one attacking first. I shared with ad and ad was like angry ! I asked them what happen and they told me this,


After demo, we had foods and it is extremly BORINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG ! and he say that our pie looks PHATETIC ! & i say that it is our first pie so of course it is phatetic ! So after his boring lesson, i hurry back home becuase by the time i reach home, its going to be 9pm.

WEDNESDAY
Had catering science early in the morning and OMG ! i hate that subject. i dont wish to elaborate more about that. Had a short break, me,ad & bern went to the same shop like yesterday and buy some food and one of my classmate, edward was like, where you guys going?! buy food again?! Then bern say, YA OF COURSE ! So reach the shop, bought it and back to class and eat. After i finished my food which i only bought bbq pau and another sort of food that i dont know how to describe it, i told bern and ad that im still hungry. Ad was ehk ya me too !=( By the time we wanted to buy some food outside the school, mr benny arrived. Had lesson and in the middle of his lesson, he give us a 15mins break and it is the right timing for us to buy the shatec food that made by their own student. Of course we bought the food. I bought cheese fries and the girls behind me was, ehk she bought the last packet already. Then i say, too bad. x) !

Back to the class, edward saw us bought food and he was, ehk got this type of food? okie i want go buy also ! While we were eating, mr benny enter the class and asked us to write our resume and MAN ! i hate that so much becuase i have to think hard just to make up some fake job stuff !

After english, school ended at 1 and i think i went home due to tired-ness !

THURSDAY
I had practical in the morning and as usual i went to school with kian hong and the rest. So thursday practical is holland something pie. It is an almond cream pie, the tuesday demo. It is a success ! no smash ! a little of crack only becuase my class rap, hong poh, crack the sides of my pie -.-" After practical, had no breaks. Ad and bern pie still not yet done, so they have to stay back. So i went off first to change and i went for the next lesson that push to the front. Had foods lesson and i had stupid project about NUTS -.-" ! After foods, ad, bern and lynn went to had lunch but i didn't tag along becuase i already eat. I bought my own food becuase i dont like to rush here and there. I sat with juliana, rakinah and razinah. I fall asleep like many many times. razinah was laughing at me and i told her that i was too sleepy ! Juliana already lying down to sleep and she really really fall asleep.

The rest came back and off to lesson and that is demo. -.-" Had demo for the next day practical but it is just a recap because friday practical is a mini test. So i went back home at 5pm. Kian hong called me and he told me to text him back when i reach clementi. Apparently i went home with, kian hong, nizar, nisa and clarissa. Nizar told me something that i found out it is a little lame but it is good to know. I dont wish to elaborate about that. Reach home, second sis keep on cutting and cutting the pie becuase she is hungry.

FRIDAY
The mini test. Ended up it is fine. Done the quchie again but this time my quchie is to pale. It was ad's bad day ! She have to keep redoing the sauces because it keep on burning. She ended her test right on time. I finished all my stuff and i help bern on the quchie since me and pipit done our quiche. Supposly one do the filling and the other do the quchie sauce but since ad is still doing her test, i help bern on the sauce and she do the filling. When ad already done her test, she when to take her pie so that she can do her quchie pie, found out that her pie went missing ! Not as in missing missing as in somebody took her pie by miss taken ! She already piss off with the test and now her pie is missing. She got fed up ! she keep quiet for the whole day. I was with bern for the whole day.

After the practical, i went to change and off back home with bern. I reach home, bought soon kueh at QI JI and off back home to eat. After eating i went to have a seriously LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG nap ! Students always say thank god it is friday but for me MAN ! friday, i still had school tomorrow ! -.-"

It is only 2nd week of school and im already feel like i am on my 2nd year of school ! I felt so tired due to the one and a half hours of journey ! okie tomorrow is saturday and then sunday and then monday a holiday and tuesday a holiday also, i want to sit at home and sleep and sleep and sleep till i fully recharge ! =) !
